How do I redeem my promo code?
During the checkout process at one of our Partner Sites, use the promo code in the field labeled "Enter Coupon Code". If you're booking over the phone, tell your reservations agent you have a promo code.
When do the promo codes expire?
Most promo codes are valid for however long you're a member. Exceptions may apply, but we'd let you know ahead of time.
Can I give my promo codes to friends and family or anyone I might know of coming to Hawaii?
The Spirit of Aloha is to share! But if they sign up, they can enjoy allthe benefits for being a club member.
Is the gift shop code applicable on sale items?
Yes! The gift shop promo code is valid on everything in the online store.
